October 23 it's all your bloody fault Here's the thing, if i don't fulfill the stereotype embodiment, i won't feel like i'm "studying". Stereotypical definition of "studying": 1. solid hours sit on arse every fuqing day most of the day excluding sleep eat and shit 2. stay up really late "studying" 3. practice papers and more practice papers, practice papers only. (writing notes are apparently a waste of time) 4. deliberately go out of your way and memorise shit off your bedroom wall, bathroom wall, toilet door, kitchen wall, walls walls walls. Then I suppose if i'm not doing those things, i'm not exactly studying, and i won't achieve great marks. That's how i feel, that's the reason why I've been feeling shit everyday of my fuqing vce life - cos I don't fit the stereotype. Sounds silly, but see what happens when you live in a world where everything has been defined for you, and you are constantly being driven home with that idea. Comments (2)
